At MaggieFrames, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your frames aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your frames in their original protective case and box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
